My wife went to Dixie and has always loved the St. George area. We’re currently in Southern California in Murrieta. We love this city but really don’t like California. We’ve been in CA since 2014, but in our current home (a rental) since 2017.

The main reason to move is to finally buy a home. We’ve tried to buy here but have continually been priced out.

I’m excited to finally own, but still don’t feel the pull to leave (despite how much this state appears to hate its citizens). It would make a lot of financial sense to move. I’m fully remote at work, and we have no immediate family close.
