We ordered Chick-fil-A. I asked for a water cup, and the dude charged me $2.74 for it. I questioned it, and he said "oh, did you want the complimentary water?"

He refunded me, but took back the cup and gave me a smaller cup.

Seemed very odd for a Chick-fil-A. They're the only restaurant I know of that you can order a free water cup on the app.
