Will they suddenly be able to implement a new playbook or successfully start executing an existing playbook that quickly? I know defenses have turned around after changing coordinators mid season but how how often does that happen with offensive coordinator changes mid-season?

I guess we saw big improvements when A-Rod got more involved with play calling to assist Grimes when he was here, then Kansas has just done it this year after moving Grimes out of the way there too.
