Thinking of eating Thanksgiving at a restaurant. Suggestions in SLC/Draper
Basically the situation is this:

My family will be visiting my MIL for Thanksgiving. She is not in great health and is not able to travel much, so we have to come to her. This also means that she is not able to prepare Thanksgiving herself.

My MIL would be consumed with guilt if we tried to prepared the dinner ourselves. In previous years, she would spend ten days preparing Thanksgiving and it was a massive orchestration. Now that her health prevents her from making these huge meals, she feels like she has let us down. We have tried to raise the matter with her for over a year now and she has not budged on saying that she will be the only one who cooks in her kitchen for Thanksgiving.

My wife and I wonder if it might honestly be easier to get some prepared meal or eat at a restaurant. I know it is lame.

Has anyone ever eaten at a restaurant for Thanksgiving? Any suggestions around Draper/SLC?
