No other Big12 teams received votes. Probably need 11 to feel good about CFP spot. 10 to feel pretty good. Of course, only poll that matters is CFP poll. I think BYU may be higher in CFP poll than AP or Coaches, because they do an in depth review and statistical analysis. Only a couple of teams may have 2 better wins than KState and SMU. Oregon with wins over OSU and BSU is undefeated and probably 2 better wins. Georgia with LSU and Texas definitely has 2 better wins, but also a loss.
The next tier is probably:
Texas with 1 loss and wins over Oklahoma (receiving votes in both polls) and Michigan
ND with A&M and Louisville wins (just dropped out of polls) and 1 bad loss
Illinois with Pitt (ranked in 1 poll, votes in the other) and Michigan wins and 1 loss
