At church this morning one of the guys wore his NY Yankees jersey in celebration of their pennant victory. He was talking to another guy as I approached. One really happy; the other downcast. The New Yorker smiled and congratulated me on BYU's victory. The other guy couldn't bring himself to be happy with us, rather said he was not happy about his Utes. Surprised, as I do not follow the Utes, I asked, "Did Utah lose?" He looked down and said they got humiliated. The he said, (and I'm not kidding), "If Cam Rising were in, we'd have won easily." I humbly asked, "Didn't he play last week?" Somehow that ended our conversation. I hadn't know Utah had lost - It made me smile!
