over 2 months battling an eating disorder. She has gained over 30 pounds in her time there and just reached her minimum goal weight.

She's currently getting about 3500 calories a day and will be able to start cutting back soon.

She has gained 40 pounds since she was first admitted to Primary Children's in February of this year.

We're dealing with a complicated case of mixed eating disorders, but we're in a much better place than we were. I know we have a long road ahead and we're not out of the woods yet. It takes about 12-18 months of recovery to fully heal.

We're now in a spot where we can check her out of the facility once a week for a day. I'm guessing she is getting closer to getting discharged and then will start intensive outpatient treatment where she will spend her days at the facility and stay the night with us.
