While unenforcable to say the offense can't push someone forward (as I understand the rule kind of used to be), the new "scrum" play pushing the whole pile forward is, I think, a really dangerous play in the end.

I think, kind of like the hi/low block penalty, a play like that with lots of people pushing in different directions is really likely to get someone in that scrum really hurt.

I don't know how to fix that, but I worry that someone is going to get hurt.
