We had two in our group that couldn’t go so we posted tickets to StubHub.

Tickets were bought and we showed up in our seats to random two guys. Dressed in neither teams colors. We were nervous they might be obnoxious, osu fans. Or maybe even Utah fans (not really, but they do always show up).

We started chatting with them and turns out they are Illinois fans. They were visiting a friend in Utah and said “we had to come out and see the team and the stadium. It’s been on my bucket list”.

After the opening program with the drones, lights, and fire he turned around and said “I’ve seen some super cool things in sports. Been to World Series, super bowls, almost every college stadium you could imagine and that was up there with the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!”.

Proceeded to cheer for the Cougs and would fist bump us all on every positive byu play.

What a fun time to be a Coug. People are taking notice.
