in every cell of a column?

I am importing a list of 110 test questions to program and I have to specify the correct answer.
I forgot to do that when I created the list.

So I am hoping there is a way I can tell excel to add an * at the start of every cell without deleting the content.

I am sure I can just hand jam it in the time it would take me to search out the answer, but it's always fun learning a new trick if it's possible.
