Quick question for you Utah guys. If the stickers on your Utah license plate say 10 and 23, does that mean they expired
in 2023, or that they need to be renewed in 2024?
As a reference, in Nevada we have one sticker that says the number of the month and shows the year the registration will expire. For example a current sticker will have an 8 and then say 2025 next to it.
There is a vehicle in the parking lot that needs to be towed, and we wanted to confirm that the registration is expired.
