Had a health age realization. I have something called “floaters” not what you
imagine. This has to do with vision.

I was swimming and looked at the cloudy sky and say floating little lines and swishing that looked three dimensional.

Floater
Deposits of various size, shape, consistency, refractive index, and motility within the eye's vitreous humour, which is normally transparent
Based on the search results, floating small lines in vision are a common phenomenon known as eye floaters. They appear as small, dark shapes that drift across your visual field, often looking like tiny lines, threads, or squiggly patterns.

Causes
Eye floaters are caused by changes to the vitreous humor, the clear gel-like substance inside the eye. As we age, the vitreous humor becomes more liquefied and breaks down, releasing tiny particles that cast shadows on the retina, creating the illusion of floating lines.

Symptoms
Small, dark lines or shapes moving across your vision
May appear more prominent when looking at bright backgrounds, such as a white paper or blue sky
Typically do not interfere with vision, but can be annoying
Treatment
Eye floaters are usually harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you experience a sudden increase in floaters or flashes of light, accompanied by vision loss or eye pain, seek medical attention to rule out any underlying conditions, such as retinal detachment or diabetic retinopathy.

Note
Eye floaters are a common and normal part of aging, and most people experience them at some point in their lives. If you are concerned about your floaters or have questions, consult an ophthalmologist or optometrist for professional advice.
