I’d assume that at 11-1 we would be a near lock at making the CCG. I also think we would likely get in the playoffs even at 11-2, as no P5 team has ever been outside the Top 12 with 2 losses with their last loss being in the CCG.

But what about at 10-2? Has anyone looked at the schedules yet to see what the odds are of us making the CCG with 2 losses? I’m sure there will be more than 2 teams with 2 or less losses so tiebreakers will come into play. We would need to win the CCG to get into the playoff since we will have no chance with 3 losses.

If we have 2 losses but don’t make the CCG we have a chance to make the playoff, but more likely would be on the outside looking in, probably ranked anywhere from 11-15.
