2) On the TD pass reception, he said he had told Fesi he could beat his guy on a fade route. Fesi and ARod then called the play. How awesome in several ways. One, show players are engaged. Two, shows coaches have made players engaged. Three, Kingston said once his number was called he knew he had to make the play. He owned it.

That’s some good culture stuff right there. You can’t always let players call their own number of course. But when both players and coaches are on the same page, good things can happen.
