Sitting for years. I'm going to see if it's worth keeping around or donating it to charity. First step is to jump start the battery.

I've seen a lot of those little portable battery chargers, but they just don't look reliable or strong enough. Anyone have a recommendation for a charger that can charge a battery from zero?
