Crew Wakely. He didn’t have any flashy plays like Glasker, JRob or Tanner Wall but one huge play in particular was in the 4th Q (10 min mark) with AZ driving and down 27-10. They had a 1st and goal on the 8 yd line and swung a pass out to Devin Hyatt who had a blocker in front and nobody else between him and the end zone. Crew Wakely came flying in from the middle of the field like a missile and just drilled him knocking him off balance and out of bounds. I thought for sure Hyatt would walk into the end zone (Glasker was closing but from behind) but Wakely got there so fast and then just nailed him. If Wakely doesn’t get nail him, there was nobody else to stop him and he likely scores giving AZ a little breath of life and some momentum.

Instead they have to settle for another FG. Great play by Wakely. Crazy how good he is, he is another example of what Kalani has been able to do with walk-ons in this program.
