Big XII champ will get 4th seed? Seems like all of the experts are putting big XII winner (BYU or ISU) 4th, while Miami or Clemson gets the 3 seed. Miami have been majorly helped out by the refs twice (VTech and Cal).

I think just because of current ranks. It would change if a B12 wins out and ACC

Yes. Only top five conference champions gets auto bids.

Only top 4 get auto bids. If a G5 champ is #4 they’ll take up the auto bid & a P5 champ could get left out if not top 12

No, top 5 get auto bids. Top 4 get first 4 seeds. 5th can be ranked 5-12
