And if he does transfer to BYU, would he be the heir apparent to Retzlaff? Or do we have better options at QB? I don't know much about our backups.

BYU lists Hillstead at 5'10" 190. utah lists Wilson at 6'0" 200, but it doesn't look like Wilson is that big to me.
