Complacent Kalani, not so much. I think the level of urgency we're seeing now is what created the 2020 and 21 seasons. And the falloff after those seasons was partly because of him thinking he had figured things out.

Coaching is hard. It takes a long time to truly figure it out. Let's hope that he keeps the chip on his shoulder. Because the level of urgency permeates throughout the team and helps create the results we're seeing now.
