2nd offense you are kicked out.

Then you get a season count like the NBA and technicals. If you hit 5 targeting calls in a season, you are automatically suspended for the next game

I'm ok with a scale... but my big issue is that if you target and knock someone out of the game then you should have

I say just give the penaltyv and if they get a second they are ejected, not don't have to sit out any part if the next..

I prefer the suggestion below that there be flagrant 1 and flagrant 2 levels with corresponding penalties.
