focus on skill development on their own time. Whereas Woods does focus on skills development as well.
When you don’t have the basics down, you can’t accomplish the X’s & O’s. Also, when you take on talented, but raw guys like Etienne, and guys just out of high school, often they still haven’t learned all the skills to get the job done right. Now, we hear NOTHING about the line in games. Last week I missed the Pay injury and didn’t know he had been out until after the game. That is a good thing.
