I don't think LA should use Yamamoto/Flaherty in game 5. Use the bullpen again.
Here are the Dodger pitching stats comparing Starting Pitchers vs. Relief Pitchers in the Divisional Series so far. It's not close. There are plenty of stats showing batters improve their average each subsequent time they face a pitcher in a game. So make them face a different pitcher each time they bat. It worked beautifully in game 4, an 8-0 shutout.
