POLL: Which job would you rather have?
Job 1: Pay is more than enough to pay the bills. Work is not too stressful and you feel stable but underutilized. Not growing or learning a ton.
Job 2: 20% more pay. More stress. Better title. Learning a lot. A bit more risky.
