I'm a speech therapist, specialize in stuttering, and teach the stuttering/fluency disorders course at BYU as an adjunct. I try to incorporate as many real-world stories from people who stutter into the class as I can (and because I stutter too, I always love connecting with other people who share that experience!), so when people are willing, I'll often have them come to class (or via zoom) and share with the students.

I remember hearing a BYU speech he gave once that included an anecdote about growing up with a stutter and how it impacted him over the years. Would love to meet him and at least learn from him/hear a bit more about that part of his life, and maybe see if he'd be willing to talk to our class at some point.

I'm having a hard time finding any contact info for him online (which makes sense, as it appears that he's been retired from BYU for a while now), so I thought I'd see if anyone on here knows him or could connect me with him somehow. Thanks!
