My daughter signed up for a gym membership when she was 16. She just turned 17. She did it online and didn’t tell me or my wife. She never went and forgot about it until her bank account went dry and the amount she owed the gym went to collections. She got a letter from the collection agency that she did share with me.

Some states have laws that contracts signed by minors are not enforceable. Anyone know the law in Utah in this situation?
