Let's assume you have a candidate who checks your boxes, but recently worked for a church, political party, company who is known to have a hard stance on certain polarizing policies, etc. would you be hesitant to hire them? And yes, I know the laws, but I'm curious if you think it would play into your decision, even subconsciously.
