call was answered. The agent answered and didn't respond when I started talking, so I thought I may have had the mute on. As I was trying to get to the right screen to unmute I PUSHED THE BIG RED BUTTON!!

I am not great at focusing on multiple things simultaneously so I got almost nothing done while waiting. What a waste of time. Hope your day is going better 🙂
