Last year at this point BYU was 4-1, but finished 1-6. Lost to TCU, Tx, WV, ISU,
OKla, OKSt. I attended the TCU and Texas away games. BYU was never in them.
But I don't think this year is last year. I hope the team learned a few things from last year. I think they are humble but self-confident and they have more talent this year. Jay Hill has had one more year to install and improve his defense with more of his recruits. JR has had one more year to work on his game. We have better WRs.
