At the FedEx dist. center in Vineyard, they seem to have lost my new iPhone
I missed the knock on the door yesterday, so I went online and told them to drop it at my nearby FedEx store.
Got an update today that they tried to deliver but couldn’t (?)
Called Customer Service and they said that it was indeed waiting for me at the local FedEx store.
Went to the local store and they didn’t have it and said it was actually out at the distribution center in Vineyard and that I could go pick it up.
Been sitting here in the lobby of the distribution center for 15 minutes waiting for the lady to try and find it somewhere on site, and I’m losing confidence that anybody will actually be able to locate it.
