But if it’s not, they create some added role for him that makes him a direct report to President Reese or something that doesn’t embarrass him. Or they pay him more and give him a longer contract of some sort.

I just think Santiago is a very important part of the basketball transformation story (which is getting a lot of press right now) and close with Ryan Smith and that carries some weight right right now.
