Kanaraville, Utah has one of the best Texas BBQ joints you’ll ever find. Fire and Smoke it’s only open Thursday-Sat but
You won’t be disappointed if you can find a way to detour off of I 15 sometime.
It gets busier and busier every time I go, so the word is clearly getting out.
It’s a couple that moved from Texas and is living the American dream. It is fun to see them have success.
