My 10 year old twin boy, Taysom, broke his femur in football practice
last night. The docs debated sending him to Utah but kept him in pocatello. Just finished surgery this morning.

He was super tough about it. Never cried until he heard that he had to have surgery. That scared him a bit. You hate to see your kids hurt but it is a special thing to watch siblings love each other during their times of pain and suffering.

He will be able to walk with a walker for the next 4-6 weeks. I am bummed that he is hurt, but he is going to be devastated. This was going to be his first year hunting. Him and his brother both drew in a great area. It opens on Saturday and goes till the end of the month. This kid watches hunting and fishing shows nonstop. I don’t know if I will even be able to get him a handicap exemption and take him in the side by side. I was planning to take him this weekend after football games.
