For a smaller P4 stadium, Baylor did a great job with McLane Stadium
I've never been there, but on TV the stadium looks big time despite only holding 45k. The horseshoe design and the verticality of the several different tiers make it look like it could easily seat 70k despite being much smaller. "Right-sizing" stadiums in college football has been the goal of many programs across the country, but the problem is that many of the rebuilds look really small. Baylor managed to right-size their stadium while maintaining a big time feel.
