Water was chest high, obviously no reason the woman should have ever driven into it, but there she was calling for help right where the reporter was about to set up. He calls 911, they're swamped, so he wades out there and gets her out of the car.

Seems like so often reporters will stand there with their camera rolling and report on how somebody needs to help. Kind of refreshing to see one just go help.
