I get that being aligned with Boise State, SDSU, and Gonzaga is better than
staying with whatever is left in the MWC. But is this really a big upgrade for Utah State? How much is a brand name worth if all the institutions that made the brand popular are gone?
The 17 million dollar buy out has been a massive hindrance to schools jumping to the PAC.
It appears USU overcame those obstacles. A lot of people are going to deserve some massive kudos for this one.
