Great attitude. Strong leader. Everything about him exudes toughness and will. He is a technician and and a brawler and a football intellectual at the same time. 

Not all great players can coach, but Pay seems like one that could. 

I hope he goes to the NFL and kills it. And someday, I hope he will come back and coach OLine at BYU. He is from a family that is all about OLine and all about BYU and they live the mission of the church. His dad was a great player and coaches OL at Lone Peak. He and his three brothers are all on the OL as scholarship D1 players. 

He has future coach written all over him.
