Sitake has given us, a serious a mix bag or results. Losing seasons, mediocre seasons, a couple solid seasons, and one lights out awesome season.

Jay Hill came in and there wasn't a great improvement on D, but it was hoped that was more to not having the correct athletes and depth.
So where was the hope for a solid if not awesome season to come from?

The negative press, would the players use it to motivate themselves?
The losing season last year, would it motivate them to improve?

Well, 4 games in and there are no doubts about Jay Hill. The man is a winner. He not only gets the x's and o's he understands how to coach it. Say what you want about Bronco, but he got that part as well.

Jay's already proven he can win as a head coach. We better be prepared to do what it takes to keep Jay.

The offense is what we expected. Improved but not dominate Oline. Better in pass protection than run blocking. A qb with equally stunning excellent throws and crappy ones. Serious issues sustaining consistent drives. Short fields are good.

This team is very good. KSU is no joke of a team. Their achilles heel is a young and inexperienced qb.

Baylor is no longer looking as a, "Well, now we will find out what type of team we are." NO, NO. Its looking more like a we should control this game and win.
The only question I have is, how will this team handle success? Winners do. Is this team a winning team?
