Until BYU took the delay of game penalty on their final punt, they had not committed a single penalty in the game. Nothing, nada. The delay was taken to give the punter more room, and then one roughing the passer call in garbage time.

Kansas State had so many penalties that hurt them. Several of them can be attributed to the fans who are awesome, But those mistakes really cost them in the first half and led to two FG's rather than TDs.

Moral of the story, play clean football and your chances of winning go away up.
