This kid is a winner and has always been one. I have three coaches that coach at different Junior Colleges in Southern California that I do Jiujitsu with they have known Jake since he was in high school. I was telling them that some of the BYU fans have been jumping off the bandwagon Because they were not happy with what Jake was doing (this was yesterday AM)

Each one of these guys told me how good Jake was. These are guys that don’t give out compliments easily. They talked about playing against him when he was at Golden West College before he went to Riverside and he took a team that was no good and turned them into champions.

They all talk about the “it”factor when they talk about Jake. They all say he just knows how to win

I’m never been very critical of our athletes because I know how hard it is to win and I know how much effort they put in at practice and in the games.
