I’m an active church member and I’d rather my kids gay marry a cougar fan than temple marry a Ute fan.

Conversely, I expect Ute fans to hate BYU and myself. Not in a sports fan level, but on a deeply personal level. Unless we are forced to be friends on a separate matter, I enjoy hating them and being hated. I feel the Utes I’ve built a relationship with have lost something special.
