So, the toilet has TWO floats in it, for dual flush.

BOTH seem to sticking. when the water level drops, they stay up until I tap them...

So, I'm thinking build up in the hinge mechanism? Not sure how to get to it to clean it.

But wondering if anyone has some other ideas of what might be sticking to look at.
