He doesn't know for sure how fast he was going. It's a good bet he was over the speed limit, but as far as a plea is concerned, is a No Contest plea a bad idea? I don't want him admitting guilt to anything he isn't sure he did, and at the time he wasn't offered any evidence. But it'd also be stupid to plead Not Guilty if the cop has a radar report.

Is the judge likely to view a No Contest plea poorly?
