For over 100 years 40-40 has been seen as a historic season
Yet nobody has gone over 43-43. Now a player who can also pitch when he’s not hurt is gonna do 50-50.
It’s amazing. It’s very historic. Just because steals aren’t as sexy as they used to be or advanced stats tell you it’s not the best season ever does not take away from that.
