I was on my iPhone and signed into Google for a service. I got the 2FA request in my GMail app and approved it. But then I also got a 2FA request from my YouTube app, only that request said that an iPad was trying to sign in. Strange.

But when I go to my Google account security page, it says that this sign in request from the iPad was on “This Tablet”, indicating it’s the device that I’m on and that the device is an iPhone. I don’t think anything nefarious is going on here but I’ve never seen Google mix up devices like that so I’m a little worried.
