Heading to Telluride and Ouray for a few days each. First time in that area.

I've been checking out some trails to take our Bronco on. I've only been off-roading a few times so I'm not super experienced. If anyone has any recommendations to narrow those down along with hikes, restaurants, and other activities I'd love to hear them as I do my trip planning. No kids, adult trip.
