I haven't heard anything really new on FSU / Clemson. I think the news cycle moved to bad loses by those two, rather than the lawsuits.

But I'm sure the lawsuits are still going on.

Also, the ACC struggles this year outside of Miami probably don't help the ESPN renewal arguments.
