We missed the field goal but O and Jake did a good job of getting into position. Jake did a good job of getting out of bounds on two scrambles.

The most telling play though was the short pass to Marion for the first down. 9 seconds at snap. Marion catches it and is smart to just go straight down and not waste any time and stop the clock for first down. Then O lined up quickly to get the snap and spike with time remaining.

Marion going straight down was huge and something you don’t see often in college ball. Most guys would want to try to get more yards. Honestly a mistake other BYU teams would have made in the past. Good job Cougs!!!
