We’re a passionate group of fans, and I’d much rather see that passion than apathy (like with Ute BB fans). Every game is going to be an emotional roller coaster because that is the nature of the game and that is the nature of human emotions (family therapist here).

We need places to voice frustrations, to process our emotions. I’m okay with the complaints about the game and okay with the complaints about the complainers. Often it’s a relief to see that others feel the same way we do.

I hope that voicing our opinions here (even the ones I don’t agree with) helps us be better in other areas of our lives. If CB gets the worst of us before, during, and after a game, but it makes us better spouses, parents, employees, and pinball players, then I’m all for it.
