What did smu do after the first touchdown that caused our offense to stall hard?

I think the game plan was to run until they needed to stack the box but when Lj went down we just didn’t have a big threat. So we didn’t have a right hook to throw cause our jab wasn’t landing. I do think they adjusted something. Just wasn’t sure what it was.

If opponents just figured out how to rattle JR and that was the adjustment then we need to forever fix that. Cause we should expect that 10 more times.
