Anyone have advice for gestational diabetes? My wife’s OB has really messed up getting her diagnosis to an endocrinologist and has gone 2 weeks without any advice for how to handle her diagnosis.

Looks like we’ll have to wait till next week for an allotment. In the mean time, what should she be eating / doing?
